I saw this punch art birthday card on Sudsol and decided to CASE (copy and share everything) it for DH’s birthday.
To make the pleated shirt, I just used the square punch, resized to thin strips and added a drop shadow to it. I love the spacing feature in MDS. I just selected the different strips and chose to space them evenly horizontally. Then I grouped them and centered that group horizontally on the page.
To make the collar and tie, I used the pennant punch from Petite Pennants. The punches for the tie are filled with polka dot paper from Real Red Patterns Designer Papers. To finish off the shirt, I added some black Glimmer Buttons.
I used the same Real Red Designer Series Paper in the Modern Label Punch. Layered on top of that is the Word Window Punch filled with Whisper White. And the birthday greeting is from Bring on the Cake.
You, too, can CASE this punch art birthday card, whether it’s paper or digital.
If you like what you see, pass it on.
