March Stamp Club Projects

2010-03-05 - Stamp Club 1For last month’s Stamp Club meeting, we made this card using the Polished Stone technique. Then we stamped some flowers from Fifth Avenue Floral. I haven’t done this technique for quite a while. I’m going to have to start using it more often. I really love the backgrounds I get from it.

2010-03-05 - Stamp Club 2Our project for this meeting was a really simple one. We made a bookmark for the corner of the page using the Petal Card Die, where only two of the petals were cut out. Then it was finished with a butterfly cut out using the Butterfly Punch and then run through the Big Shot with the Finial Press Texture Impressions Folder.

On Sudsol a few weeks ago, one of the challenges had been to use the supplies for a 6×6 scrapbook page and make a card with it for those who didn’t want to do scrapbook pages. This is the page we made at the Stamp Club meeting. We used the Scallop Trim Border Punch and the Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch.

2010-03 - Stamp Club 4

This is the card that was made with those same supplies. So the class members got to make whichever one they wanted to. They loved the idea.
