The flower centers are Circle Fire Rhinestone brads. Then she used some Crystal Effects along the flower petals. The flowers are mounted along a piece of 1″ Double Stitched Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon. The final touch is some Organza Ribbon tied around the handle of the bag.
